Gardening without bugs !

Finally spring is here, not only that, but the full moon arrived on May 29th making it

safe for us to plant our beautiful and tender annuals.  I anxiously wait each year until I can hang my baskets and fill my containers with gorgeous flowers to enjoy for a few short and warm (sometimes warm) months.

Yesterday was my day to garden and I made a great discovery about how to keep black flies and mosquitoes away.  It is simple and has many many uses as it is a natural anti-fungal.  It heals pimples, nail fungus, draws out splinters you can’t remove with tweezers and amazingly repels bugs that love to eat us alive…….TEA TREE OIL.  Dab tea tree oil on your hat and any area that generates heat on your body, such as your head, neck, creases of your arms and legs.

Once I applied the tea tree oil I was able to finish my gardening in pleasure.  Try it….it works….probably for fishing too! 🙂

Happy gardening!  Check out the article I wrote on “Container Gardening” you just might like it. 🙂  I hope you enjoy your summer and surround yourself with the things you love.
